It is with an overwhelming "heavy heart" that I write to you today on the one month anniversary of the death of your beloved husband, Charles J. Kirk.

I was never privileged enough to meet Charlie personally but, what I knew of him from watching his work over the years, and now, after his premature passing at the hands of some very dark forces, and from all I have learned in the last month about your husband's life and character, I consider him to be not only a gift to the world as one of the most intelligent, decent, and divinely guided men in history, but also, I find Charles J. Kirk to be "THE Role Model" not just for his generation, but for many generations past, present and future. Charlie lived his life to the fullest, being a man of God, a husband, father, son, brother and mentor during his short but incredibly impactful lifetime here on this earth, and now, he does so in his eternal lifetime being remembered as a Christian Martyr by continuing his "Work Mission" with God, Jesus our Father in heaven!

I applaud you from the deepest corners of my heart and soul for your strength and loving devotion to your family, friends and Charlie's Dreams through your own personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which, as we are aware, is THE Place from which ALL our strength is derived.

My name is James M. LeFavour and I am just one of millions who have been so profoundly moved by the unthinkable event of September 10th, 2025. Being a person who has not been shy about professing my Christian Values over my lifetime and surrounding myself much the same as Charlie did with like minded people, I have also been very open to working with and interacting both personally and professionally with all people regardless of their faiths or varying thoughts on who we are and why we are here on this earth together at this specific time. I am a creative in the field of music working over the past fifty years as a singer, songwriter, performer, record producer and CEO of Atlanta Record Productions and Edgewater Records Studios. It is in this role that I was introduced to another singer, songwriter, performer and massively talented music artist named Marvin Mack Jones (M.M.Jones).

Over the course of our musical relationship, M.M.Jones and I collaborated on many deeply spiritual pieces of music. Just as Charlie lived his life every day through his guidance from Jesus, Our Lord, so lives M.M. Jones also and he and I worked together for years compiling many compositions that were divinely given to us. Upon Charlie's shocking death, I have found some solace by going back and listening to many of the recordings we did together circa 2009 (when Charlie was only 16 years old and just beginning his journey). Even though these songs were composed to honor our Lord and Savior, I felt compelled to share some of this music with you, Erika, as I believe you can find the same solace from the messages imparted, AND, I feel that these songs were written and recorded 16 years ago for this specific time in history with You and Charlie in mind enduring this very, very trying period of your existence.

As my wife Ania and I have been trying to acclimate to the reality of Charlie's death and listening to this wonderfully inspiring creative time in my life with M.M. Jones, we both realized that this music was not written Only for the Gospel SuperFest in 2009 to honor Jesus Our Lord, but, without our knowledge at the time, it was also being written for this very moment in 2025 as we are ALL reeling from the heartbreak and desperately try to heal our souls. I hope you will agree that "THE LORD SPANGLED BANNER" is timeless in its message combining My Patriotic Love of Country with the melody of the Original "Star Spangled Banner" which the world is familiar with, but also Now, pairing it with My Love of Jesus Christ with deeply moving Christian Lyrics.

The second song, "THANK YOU" Also speaks to us as it was written not only as a giving back to Jesus for his sacrifice on the cross for us, but NOW, my wife and I can hear Charlie speaking all these lyrics directly to YOU, his beloved Erika; the words being a beautiful message to his devoted and loving wife while in his earthly existence then, and now… forevermore … throughout eternity!!
